Ski and more

Spent christmas in my rainy home town in Sweden with family. It was a nice relaxing christmas but we missed my youngest sister who could not make it this year.

Despite good times in Scandinavia I was happy to be back again to my life in NY and partying with the babes.

Got my NY State drivers license, finally! I had to go through the entire process of getting a license (they did not recognize the fact that I have had Swedish drivers license for over a decade, which by the way was a lot more difficult to get). But it was really kind of hillarious to do the drivers test again! To have a grumpy government agency guy rate you and finally pass you! And you get another reason to party-Drivers License Party! The location for the drivers test was... interesting. It was in a scary deserted industrial area that is one of the least trafficed areas I have been to around here. Picture shows me happy next to christmas decorations in someones yard after have passed the test.

Also skied three weekends in NY State and Vermont. Not to bad skiareas actually. Killington in Vermont is like Åre without Åreskutan, but the day we were there it was raining ice-pellets.

Coming up: 3 days of ice-climbing and off for Whistler, Canada for my 30th birthday with some of my favorite NY friends. Going to be sooooo fun!!
