The girl who owns the current furniture in the appartment is picking it up on Saturday, so my Room mate and I are in the process of buying furniture. My uncle was so nice to drive us to IKEA where we spent 5 hours. We completely filled his car and have bee assembling furniture all weekend. I am going to buy the sofa and have decided to get into Home Styling. We are spending a lot of brain capacity on wondering what furniture will look good togehter.

Had some really exciting moments in Manhattan on Thursday. A thunder storm was on and it was raining like crazy. Me and my friend were walking three blocks to the subway station on Times Square. It was blowing so hard the umbrella turned it self inside out and we got totally soaked in 2 minutes. The flaggs outside Rockefeller Center flapped around in a frenzy. The light from Times Square lit the rain- drops that were in the air. The thunder sounded even louder because of the resonance between the sky-scrapers. There was so much power in the air. It was magical and I will never forget it.
